Donate Food

Food Drives

Food Drives are an excellent source of canned goods, which normally do not get donated through our other donation channels. For more information, please see our Food Drive page.

Produce

If you have a large garden or operate a local farm, and would like to donate some of your extra vegetables, we can always use fresh produce! Just drop the items off at our warehouse Monday - Friday 8-3:30. Thanks!

Food Products

If you own a business that makes food products (cheese, tortillas, sausage, or anything good to eat!), we would gladly accept what you have. You are protected from liability by the Good Samaritan Act, and you can also get a tax deduction for your donation. Just email Tom Reed and he'll get you started!

Please participate in the two food drives CFS orchestrates each year:

"Let's Bag Hunger" food drive the week before Thanksgiving, sponsored by The Camera

"Hunger Hurts" food drive April 23rd - May 1, 2011,sponsored by the Times-Call.
