Community Food Share would like to thank WhiteWave Foods and their employees for their extraordinary generosity. We are proud to be one of their charities of choice.

While we have many supporters, few donate food, money AND volunteers (WhiteWave Foods does)! The impact WhiteWave has made on our ability to fulfill our mission is significant. 

White Wave Soy started as a local, home-grown company, with close ties to local non-profits. We have been impressed and pleased that as they grew into WhiteWave Foods, as a subsidiary of Dean Foods, the leaders and employees did not forget their roots, but have stayed supportive of the community in which they began. They have our heartfelt thanks!

Following are some examples of the many ways WhiteWave Foods helps CFS:

• Each year, the Colorado headquarters employees participate in the 'Compete to Beat Hunger' Corporate Challenge. For the last 6 years, WhiteWave Foods has won 1st place!
• Employee groups volunteer regularly at CFS, helping to sort food and stock shelves.
• The company has made financial contributions to CFS as well, including sponsorship of the Spring Fest dinner dance for several years in a row.
• They have scaled back their holiday party, and selflessly donated the difference to help others.
• WhiteWave, through Horizon Organic Dairy, is by far our largest food donor. They supply the food bank with a truckload of milk every week! This is a staple that our clients depend on, and they appreciate it tremendously!
